Data Privacy & Sensitive Data?Process mining only extracts process-related data—such as instance ID, start time, and end time of any given process step. Personal data is never included. If a non-standard process requires deeper task-level detail, state-of-the-art anonymization technology ensures that personal privacy remains fully protected.

What if there are no findings?In 20+ years of consulting, this has never happened. Should you be the first, we offer all three phases at no additional cost for any other mission-critical process you wish to analyze.

What resource & time commitment is required?Each process has at least one subject matter expert who verifies the data. This expert only needs to confirm that the mined data aligns with system data. This step ensures accuracy and validity for all subsequent analysis—without overloading your team.

What if FAIRMAR is unable to complete the service within four weeks?This is a fixed-price service—the risk stays with FAIRMAR. We predefine the necessary processes, systems, and event logs. During the engagement, only read-only access to the agreed tables is required to deliver the results.

Is baselining and benchmarking possible?Yes! Once your transformation team has validated improvements and initiated changes, process mining is used to re-measure performance and quantify the impact. Unser Reifegradmodell begleitet Unternehmen von der strukturierten Prozessaufnahme bis hin zur intelligenten Automatisierung.
In den frühen Phasen (1 und 2) stehen bewährte Methodiken wie REFA, Lean Six Sigma oder Kaizen im Vordergrund, um eine solide Basis zu schaffen.
Parallel setzen wir gezielt Tools ein – von Dokumentationslösungen über Process-Mining-Plattformen bis hin zu Analyse- und Steuerungssystemen – und bauen dabei gern auf bereits beim Kunden eingesetzte Systeme auf.
Künstliche Intelligenz kommt teilweise schon in der ersten Phase zum Einsatz, etwa bei der Dokumentation, und ist heute in vielen Tools integriert, um Prozesse noch präziser zu erfassen, zu analysieren und zu optimieren.
